Opal Riddle, PT Co-owner E-mail: opal.riddle@ comprehensiveptcenter.com Opal is a 1983 graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physical Therapy. Prior to founding Comprehensive Physical Therapy Center with Tom DiAngelis, PT, in 1988, Opal worked at the University of Cincinnati Hospital where she gained experience in a wide range of physical therapy settings and played an instrumental role in developing the physical therapy component of the Work Evaluation Rehabilitation and Research Center. Opal has served as a consultant for Fortune 500 Company in the medical field, helping with cumulative trauma disorders and ergonomics. She is actively involved in consulting with a large neurosurgical group to develop lectures for physical therapists. She has lectured for the local Dental Society, for physical therapy students at the University of Cincinnati Medial College, and for physical therapy students at the College of Mount Saint Joseph. Furthermore, Opal and colleagues provide educational experiences involving physical therapy for local medical residents and physicians. She has presented at the second annual osteoporosis conference held in southwestern Ohio on the topic of osteoporosis and exercise titled "Why Weight! The Efficacy of Weight-Bearing and Resistive Exercise in the Treatment of Osteoporosis". Ms. Riddle has co-authored an article of a national healthcare magazine, My Family Doctor, on exercise and arthritis titled "Joint Pain? Retrain!" Opal has extensive experience in all areas of orthopedic physical therapy with focus on working with clients with orofacial pain and temporomandibular joint disorders. Opal has also focused on Women's Health issues and served as a lab assistant for an educational program presented by a national educator in the Women's Health field. |

Danielle Johnson, MPT E-mail: danielle.johnson@ comprehensiveptcenter.com Danielle graduated in 1998 from the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, with a Master of Physical Therapy degree. Upon graduation, Danielle worked at Saint Elizabeth's Medical Center in Wabasha, Minnesota where she received the Circle of Excellence Award for the creation of a wellness and fitness program designed for the diabetic patient. In 2001, Danielle moved to Seattle, Washington, where she worked at the University of Washington Exercise Training Center. Here she focused on outpatient orthopedics, manual therapy, and geriatric fitness. Danielle also helped develop a women's health program aimed at treatment of urinary incontinence, pelvic dysfunction, and pelvic pain. Danielle is currently the clinical coordinator for Comprehensive Physical Therapy Center's Women's Health and Multiple Sclerosis programs. Danielle enjoys attending continuing education courses that pertain to women's health, manual therapy, and orthopedic issues. Danielle enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with family and friends. |

Dawn Westfall, MPT E-mail: dawn.westfall@ comprehensiveptcenter.com Dawn graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Master of Physical Therapy degree. She has been involved in research exploring topics such as Yoga during pregnancy, fall risk in the elderly and balance. Dawn has presented her research on the effects of sleep on balance in pregnant women at the Ohio Physical Therapy Association's conference. She has been a contributor to published research on bulimia as well as various addictive behaviors, including gambling, drug use (prescription, over-the-counter and illegal), and alcohol use/abuse. She has also presented research in poster format on fall risk in the elderly at a local university research convention. Dawn also enjoys treating patients with orthopedic conditions focusing on oral facial and TMJ pain/dysfunction. Her background in gymnastics and cheerleading has contributed to her interest in treating sports injuries and orthopedic problems as well. |

Jason Hugentobler, MPT E-mail: jason.hugentobler@ comprehensiveptcenter.com Jason graduated from the College of Mount Saint Joseph with a Master of Physical Therapy degree. Jason has completed two outpatient/sports medicine clinical rotations and another rotation at an outpatient orthopedic/neurologic clinic. His last clinical affiliation was in Birmingham, AL at one of the largest outpatient sports medicine clinics in the country treating athletes of all ages and skill level, including professional athletes. Jason's continuing education interests include gait analysis, running biomechanics, orthotic fitting, spine management and active release manual therapy technique. Jason will take the certification course for the Active Release Technique in March of 2008. He is also providing sports assessment screens for a local dance studio. Jason played college football for the College of Mount Saint Joseph and his current interests include triathlons, marathons, football, softball, and indoor soccer. |
